Booking information:

Residential Courses:

Residential course bookings take place in the spring term prior to the start of the following academic year.  Certain times of the year are often oversubscribed and after the application deadline courses are allocated, taking into consideration previous centre usage.  If you would like further information on how to book a residential course for academic year 2008-2009 please contact the centre for a residential course booking pack or download the files.

Late Booking:

We have a number of unallocated weeks after the end of the residential course booking process, therefore if you would like to make a late booking please see the available residential dates.  We will endeavour to fit you into a suitable time, please contact the centre to discuss your requirements.

Specialist Course Booking:

Please contact the centre if you wish to make a specialist booking, we will discuss your requirements and send you the appropriate paperwork.

Paperwork:
Prior to your course, you will be sent joining instructions, a kit list, consent forms and adult medical forms, and a summary pro forma. The forms must be returned no later than 7 days before your arrival. We will be in touch by telephone to discuss activity programme and other final planning.
